Drank on 3/9/2024 from a 32oz can. not sure how old this batch is, I would say late 2023 or early 2024
Look: Transparent light brown body. Nice tall head that hangs on for a while leaving nice fine lacing with every sip.
Taste: Just slightly sweet chocolate. next a micro hint of caramel. Then slightly bitter roast. There is a lingering after taste of roast also.
A OK beer I will give it a 3.84/5 overall

This is a fairly sweet Bock. Very pretty deep red color. All I pick up in the nose is malt sweetness. The taste is similar, not much in the way of hops to balance things out. It has a creamy mouth feel. An easy drinking German Bock. I would have it again, but if I was going to grab for a bock beer made in Wisconsin, I'd go with Uff Da from New Glarus.
