Not my style. I am glad I got to try it but also glad I just got a few sips when I was sharing a few beers with some buddies. Not a fan of the sour taste.

On-tap at Three Cellars, Frankiln, WI:
Pours hazed brownish with little head and lacing.
The smell is of herbal tea, evergreen tree, a vague hint of juniper and rye bread with some caramel.
The taste is tea-like - earthy, a bit spicy - a touch of minty rye. A caramel-like sweetness in the mix. Herbal, lemon-y finish.
An interesting brew. A sahti with a "winter" character. Unique.
