2012, I assume this is the last bottle in existence given the crazy low bottle count. Initially pours with plenty of big bubbled carbonation which quickly subsides and leaves a nearly still beer. Smell is caramel, apples, and brandy. Flavor follows closely with a heavy dose of sweetness. Thick with nice mouth feel although a bit more carbonation wouldn't have hurt. Shockingly I get no oxidization despite the age. This beer hasn't changed much at all over time which is OK because it was and still is delicious. This remains my favorite vintage of apple brandy dedication and I'm sad I'll never have it again.
