Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brewpub. This was their cask beer for the week (or month or however often they do casks) dryhopped with someone's homegrown hops. The bartender didnt know what kind but if someone does know feel free to update.
Pours murky and light brown/yellow. Fluffy white head that doesnt last long but leaves a decent lace.
Aroma is piney and fruity to go along with the spiciness of this Belgian pale ale.
Flavor is hoppy and Belgian. Banana and pine are an interesting combination. Everything else takes a back seat to the hoppiness except faint hints of pepper.
Body is medium and not much CO2 (cask, duh). Pretty drinkable and enjoyable over all.
Tick.
