Our pale Ale is copper coloured with a malty character balanced by the aroma of Cascade Hops, Munich Malt, and is moderately carbonated.

Made with Cascade hops, and Munich malt, inspiring some sort of fascination with Palomino horses...
This beer appears a clear pale copper hue, with one finger of dense soapy white head, which renders a thin wall of lace around the glass as it dissipates. It smells of light caramel malt, a bit of nougat, and soft weedy hops. The taste is mild biscuit and caramel malt, and floral, earthy hops. The carbonation is moderate, the body medium weight and smooth, and it finishes clean, with the expected and pleasant offset of soft caramel malt and receding hops.
A decent enough pale ale, however, the proclamation of Cascade hops as an ingredient led to raised expectations - the hop profile in this beer just doesn't measure up.
