Schooner on-tap at Brewdog Glasgow (£3.65):
Cloudy, light golden to yellow with light lacing on top & some build up around the sides but it's quite patchy.
Sour with lots of lemons, limes & a few citrus notes as well but the beer almost seemed like a lemonade on the nose; quite pungent and overpowering at times.
Ridiculously sour but also seemingly unbalanced. Lots of lime & citrus with lemon as well. There wasn't much bitterness & no hops either but some wheat & tarty flavours did come through, some background fruits too.
Very sour & tarty with no balance. Just about drinkable but certainly not enjoyable with a light medium body, strong carbonation & an incredibly dry, sour finish.
An outright disappointment and I wish I'd gone for something better. This one was incredibly sour and funky with it becoming very overpowering almost immediately & in the end proving to be a real struggle to finish.
