White foam, maybe not great, is correct.
The aroma of hops, white grapes, apples and delicate notes of wine.
The taste of this beer from Brodie's is very subdued, although quite complex. You can detect exotic fruit mix with fruits guilty, cherries, apples, grapes white.
It is and lemon, which is not very acidic and only gently refreshing. At the time of tasting all the flavors time to mingle beer and wine.
Gentian in White Wine Barrel Aged With Brett is clear, but not burdensome. All the flavors complement each other. It is worth noting that drinking beer and feeling the beer, I drank wine while gently dry.
This is not a beer ... maybe most, but certainly worth attention, I love these flavors
