A - Black but not pitch black under a thin tan head that stuck around for the entire beer
S- Spearmint, roasted malt, chocolate. . . It really smells a lot like a mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwich! Pretty cool
T - Slight mint, dark roasted chocolate malt, bitter cocoa, very clean and dry aftertaste which was really nice.
M - Medium bodied, and much lighter than expected. Smooth and loight on the tongue for a stout. Nice carbonation that tingles the mouth but is not overdone.
D - So dry and refreshing for the style. I can drink this in abundance as it does not overpower.
Very nice and extremely interesting beer. Flavors were nicely balanced and a fun beer to try.
