Tried at the great Old Coffee House pub in Soho.

Nice pour. Solid finger of lightly dense head tops a very pale and crystal clear lemony body. Head hangs around but not as much lace as if expect from such a fresh hoppy ale.

Aroma full of citrus: grapefruit, lemons some orange and hint of pine.

Flavour is sweetish malt up front, orange (Amarillo maybe?) hops slide in followed by the more bitter grapefruit, pepper and pine varietals. Finishes very long and very dry and is bloody more-ish. There is still a hint of the initial sweetish pale malts as well long after the swallow. The aftertaste is complex and interesting. 3.7% fits perfectly. This low ABV high hop trend hitting the UK at the moment is fantastic. A nod to English tradition with a good handful of new world hops thrown in. Generously... In case you can't tell, I love this beer.

Feel is slightly thicker than water and very smooth, the dryness borders on astringency but stops just shy. Great for a session.

Love it.
