Hand pumped at the brewery.
Yellow color with no head.
Nice fruity aroma with apple juice and passion fruit notes.
Sweet flavor of toasted malts, apples and tea bags.
Light to medium body with almost flat carbonation.
This beer starts with a sweet tender kiss and then increases bitterness and dryness, forcing you to another sip.

Keg: half-pint in Brodies King William 1V on 16 Feb 2013.
Another brodies beer I struggled with: light golden straw coloured brew with a thin head of white on top.
Mixed bag of aromas and flavours but they didn't seem to gell. Fruit notes ( a twist of lemon with mangos maybe?) and semi-sweet caramel hints added to an unbalanced and strange tasting brew.

Handpump halfpint at the King William IV.
A: Clear pale gold body with a thin head of coarse off-white foam. Pretty boring.
S: Very hoppy, with prominent mango and pine. Some biscuity malt as well. Solid.
T: Fruity hops, pale malts, mild estery fruit, and a dry, bitter finish. Very nice.
M: Smooth, slick medium body. Very low carbonation. Acceptable, but no better than average.
O: Enjoyable beer. Great hop/malt balance.
Cheers!
