Yellow color with no head.
Quite sour aroma with notes of sweat and overripe pineapples.
Sweet and sour flavor with predominant notes of pineapples and lemon. Hints of lactic and some funkiness. Astringent aftertaste.
Light body with low carbonation and an acid sensation.
Very interesting beer, a must to sour lovers visiting this brewery. Though I would prefer that the Brits would serve this one specifically colder.

500ml bottle bought online from Ales By Mail
Poured a hazy golden yellow colour. White head poured pretty loose and frothy then faded quickly to patchy covering with thick edging... no carbonation... some light lacing...
Aroma - Strong lambic brett yeastiness, sharp spicy fruits (very light pineapple and lemons), musty barnyard / wet hay aromas, light vinegary notes, freshly cut wood, very light pale malts, some basil notes...
Taste - Sour lemons and grapefruits, pineapple is pretty much non existent, salty, light vinegar hints, sour (cooking) apples, yeasty, faint sweet after notes, light vanilla, floral, grassy, talcum powder, some woody notes, musty, some champagne like hints...
Feel - Very sharp and dry... light body... pretty drinkable considering the tartness... thirst quenchingly good...
Overall - A very good British example of a wild ale although a little more pineapple would have been nice... definitely recommended though...
