Gravity poured half-pint at a mini-beer festival in 'The Malcolm Arms', in the Lincolnshire village of Anton's Gowt (I kid you not).
Deep amber body with a full but swiftly departing white head of bubbles.
Malty yet with a very dry finish: the smell was fruity, dark berry type fruits. The taste also dark fruits with some semi-sweetness before the dry finish kicked in. No hop presence detectable until the finish: I found it a strange but not unpleasant brew.
