Pours hazy straw hue. Great head retention and nice lace.
Really interesting aromas, kind of fresh lemon verbena, a little grass, light hops, and a hint of yeast-y funk.
Flavor is all about lemongrass and yeast. Mild hop influence.
Good texture, nice grip, pleasant finish.
All in all another winner from Natian, and a really interesting beer. Not one that I would order multiple times, but one to savor and ponder.
