On-tap at Bailey's Taproom, Portland, OR
A: The beer is crystal clear amber yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of herbal hops are present in the nose along with some notes of smoke.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of herbal hops, notes of smokiness, and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and does not have any crispness.
O: This isn't as "hoppy" as I would have expected for a fresh hop ale, but it had an interesting taste.
