L: Two finger foamy head, reddish brown body.
S: Caramel, brown sugar, a few roasty notes and a hint of maple.
T: Roasty malt upfront. Body is primarily molasses with a slightly bittering hop component, though nondescript. A bit of dark bread and a few nutty notes. Bitterness is most dominant on the finish.
F: Medium to full bodied, creamy mouthfeel.
O: It avoids the watery mouthfeel and body that I think brown ales can suffer from. Really I like how the flavors maintain momentum from start through the finish.
