A- it has a nice golden yellow color, with a decent white head. lacing is only from the initial head pour.
S- it smells like sweet malts, sweet hops and sugar.
T- tastes watered down sweet and sugary.
M- watered down carbonated water.
O- it sucks. don't try it. try something else.

Milky blonde with a slight white head that quickly fades to a skim of foam. Burned malt and citrus with a distinct vegetal aroma that reminds me of canned hominy. Burnt, charred flavors of scorched popcorn and hair with a distinct band-aid flavor. This is bad beer...really bad. Maybe the QC at Wilbur needs improving as I see some decent reviews for these beers but trust me no one tasting this could possibly enjoy it.

Pours a nice dark gold color with great head and some decent lacing. Very crisp malty scent, nice straw aromas with a bit of spiciness to it. Good wheat flavor, nice and fairly deep, with some slight pepper at the end. Goes down smoothly. I haven't found many organic beers that I like, but this one was good.

Had in a take-home growler from a tour of the brewery, cool place!
A- As most summer ales, this one is light with a dark straw/light copper hue. Hazy due to the unfiltered yeast sediment that was disturbed during the pour.
S- This yeast finds its way into the nose, along with scents of faint citurs and cloves.
T- Unusual for a Summer Ale to taste so much like a wheat/wit/weizen without actually being one. The brewer said it was due to the Saaz & Hallertau hops, lending a natural citrus flavor, along with the unfiltered yeast giving a distinct clove flavor common of summer styles.
M- Light-bodied, but still a richness from the unfiltered yeast.
D- Highly drinkable and light, a great session beer for warm summer days.
Overall a really solid summer ale! What makes it stand out is that it's organic, the only in Indiana actually. I recommend checking it out if it's available in your area. I've got some too if you'd like a beer trade!
