A- carbonation issues. half a bottle explodes one time and then more flat on another. dan has had issues with this beer being carbonated right but i think he has that fixed by now.
S- smells very sweet. pretty nice for an octoberfest. really does remind you of the fall.
T- tastes of sweet candy sugar and malt.
M- poor carbonation issues the body is light however
O- it's truly just average when it is a good bottle.

Pours a nice orange-copper color with great head and decent lacing. Nice deep malty aroma, fall leaves in the scent. Nice taste, a good clean lager with some nice semi-deep malts and an earthy finish. Goes down quite smoothly. Pretty good for an organic beer, as most I've tried I have not cared for.
