Notes via stream of consciousness: It’s poured a hazy golden body (it’s unfiltered) beneath a short cap of white foam that drops almost immediately and then leaves very little (if any) lacing behind. The aroma is limited but expresses a floral and lightly herbal character over a soft maltiness. The flavor - no surprise here - is basically as the aroma suggests it will be. The malt is fuller in flavor, and lightly sweet, which is balanced in part by a light acidity that’s most likely from the yeast - unfortunately due to travel the fairly solid sediment that the bottle once had has been completely disturbed. I would recommend, if at all possible, to sample this after it’s been allowed to rest and sediment out. Back to the flavor, the floral character of the hops remains with a hint of an herbal note that comes out more clearly in the short lingering, dry but not bitter finish. It doesn’t not appear to utilize Belgian yeast, but is gently malty and mildly bitter while not finishing sweet. In that sense, it’s very nicely balanced and remarkably easy to drink - you could drink a full glass while in conversation and hardly even notice it. On the other hand, part of that is because there’s not a lot to it. It’s very basic, and although enjoyable you really need to take note of it to enjoy it at its fullest. In the mouth it’s light-medium in body and gently carbonated to lend a light caress to the tongue before becoming warmer and silky smooth. Apart from the lack of head retention and lacing there are no flaws to it. It’s clean, well fermented to bring out a light yeasty fruitiness that works well with the amount of malt and hops that are there, and it’s perfectly balanced and highly drinkable. Unfortunately it’s also a little on the more basic side considering that it’s labeled “artigianale”.

Dark blond, strong perlage, for a not too much foam, not too beautiful, too.
Quite light smell, white flowers, malt.
Nothing much n the taste, too, some malt, citric hint.
No defects, but also nothing interesting. Still drinkable.

Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has clean malt and meadow flowers. Taste follows, clean an floral, mostly malty. Medium body with soft mouthfeel. Not bad but quite boring.
