Best Brown is a Gritty's standard.
Pour is colored between dark red oak and a nutty brown. Clear enough to see through somewhat. Head is thin and disappears quickly.
Fragrance is light, slightly malty.
Taste is a bit more sour than I'd expected from an English Brown... Belgian seems more appropriate.
Mouthfeel - I like the body. Wouldn't mind a bit more weight to it.
Overall, it's OK. In an America full of over-hopped mania, maybe a bit better than OK...
