A- served in a snifter, deep and black in color, not much head at all, slight rim of lacing around the glass
S- rich and sweet roasted malt aroma, a little bit fruity a little bit chocolatey, smelled great
T- matched smell, rich and sweet, sweetness was not over-bearing, light hop finsh
M- full body and moderate carbonation
D- very drinkable, almost ordered another one, then took into account that its 10% ABV and decided against due to the fact i had to drive, gonna see if i can get a growler filled and enjoy @ home, awesome beer

Another great beer from Ron at Papago. Had tasters at the Strong Beer Festival. A rich dark golden, almost amber color. Good German yeast and hop aroma. Very clean and balanced. Not too sweet like a lot of high alcohol beers can be. Head was a brillant white color. ABV is 10% so it is a true doppelbock.
