On cask at the Noble Ale Works 3rd Anniversary Party held at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Described as Naughty sauce with lime and coconut added.
Pours a hazy orange with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of malt, coffee, coconut, and slight lime aromas. Taste is much the same with lime and coffee flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of roast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with an interesting tropical presence that works well with the base beer.
