On nitro tap at the Noble Ale Works 3rd Anniversary Party held at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Described as Naughty Sauce with cocoa nibs and vanilla beans added.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy orange-tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, coffee, vanilla, and lactose aromas. Taste is much the same with cocoa and coffee flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of roast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and smooth mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a nice blend of coffee, cocoa, and vanilla aspects.
