We took an Irish Red, drizzled in our own house made caramel and then added a good helping of Mulling Spices to it. The result is medium bodied, red in color with lots of warm hugs and guilty pleasures.

On tap at Eagle Rock Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a hazy dark orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of gingerbread, Christmas spice, and cinnamon gum aromas. Taste is much the same with gingerbread and Christmas spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with really nice Christmas spice and gingerbread characteristics that make this one quite tasty.
Serving type: on tap.

Very traditional winter style beer. Nice hints of caramel.

Nice Christmas-y taste that's light-bodied. A good and different take on the winter warmer.
Don't include this in your flight order, unless you have a coffee-forward beer like Naughty Sauce in your lineup. The spice flavor lingers and interferes with other brews.

It's a thick tasting beer. Tons of caramel, clove, hint of butterscotch. Quite spice heavy. Not bad, but not sure id have more than 1
