A: Lots of vanilla upfront, followed by some malt sweetness and with faint hop finish
A: Deep, golden color – almost copper with some-what low head retention
T: Lots of immediate vanilla flavor, with some malt sweetness and noticeable hop bitterness.
M: Light bodied with high carbonation
O: I think Noble was shooting for a cream soda, but honestly the beer reminded me more of a German pilsner with vanilla beans, rather than a standard cream ale. Solid, but not nearly as refreshing as a true American cream ale
