On tap at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a clear yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, grass, and floral aromas. Taste is much the same with earth, grass, and floral flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a nice mix of grass and floral aspects all around.

Very light straw color, exactly would you would expect from a Pilsner. Very, very easy drinking, light hops and a wonderful sweet malt character. I could drink this all day on a hot summer day.
