On tap at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a hazy golden-orange with a foamy beige head that fades to nothing. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of onion, garlic, herb, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with onion, garlic, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with lots of herbal forward qualities from this particular hop choice.
