Not the best. I don’t think it is appropriate to call this an Irish Red. Drinkable but I would order something else. They make much better beers

On tap at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a clear copper with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, biscuit, caramel, and nut aromas. Taste is much the same with toast, nut, and burnt caramel flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with great bread, nut, and caramel characteristics all around.
Serving type: on tap.
