On tap at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a clear yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of chili pepper, chili juice, earth, grain, and fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with chili pepper, chili juice, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a high amount of chili heat on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is very spicy from the Carolina Reaper peppers used, but they work well with the base beer once you get past the heat.
Serving type: on tap.
