Red ale, kettle soured with lactobacillus, prior to being fermented with Noble's house yeast. Then aged on Limousin oak staves and Portola Coffee.

A: Moderate coffee berry notes, moderate lacto sourness and a light amount of wood.
A: Dark red color with an amber hue, pretty hazy, with a very thin white head.
T: Coffee peaberry flavor is complimented by a moderate lacto sourness with a noticeably woody finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer has a moderately high amount of acidity, but is quite pleasing.
O: Pretty delicious; the coffee berry notes are well complimented by the lacto sourness and wood. Quite easy to drink.
