A: Big, baked tart cherries with a moderately high lacto sourness.
A: Dark red – almost brown color, totally opaque with almost imperceptible head.
T: Lots of tart cherries upfront, followed by a moderately sharp lacto sourness with a finish that lingers.
M: Medium bodied with moderately light carbonation; there is a sharp, but pleasing sourness . The strong tart cherry aroma and flavor hides the alcohol well.
O: Pretty tasty; lots of tart cherries with moderately high lacto sourness. The big cherry aroma and flavor allows this beer to drink dangerously easy.
