Canned 2/4/17; drank 2/17/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull yellow appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big, noisy off-white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Tangy grapefruit, cane sugar & orange peel notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Tangy grapefruit & orange peel flavors up front; sweet cane sugar notes on the finish.
Really sweet & tangy; this largely fits the NE IPA profile, but isn't my cup of tea.

This is good. This is real good. This is like when Raul got a Victoria Secret catalogue in the mail in 1998 good. Imagine a cloudy SoCal day, and you are driving down PCH with Adriana Lima - the beer looks like that. Then as you are driving, Adriana says, “Hey, wanna take a bite of my tropical fruit?” And you do. And BOOM. You are flored.
Double Platinum flored Raul.

Hazy yellow juice. Citrus-y aroma with tropical fruit notes. Big grapefruit flavor. Fairly smooth mouth feel. Just a touch acidic and mild bitterness. Great NEIPA.

Pours completely opaque, dull light peachy orange color. Thick and juicy. Thin off-white colored head dissipates steadily leaving no residual head, but some slick foam on top of the beer and lots of sticky white lacing.
Smell is straight up peaches - fresh cut ripe peaches. Some tropical fruits, guava, mango and a tinge of grass also come through.
Taste again is very fruity up front - tons of peaches with some notes of guava, mango, cantaloupe, citrus and tropical fruits. Slight rind bitterness on the back end with a tinge of grass.
Feel is full bodied and very smooth. Although it doesn't taste bitter, you do start to feel the bitterness on the palate after a while. Medium carbonation. Spot on for a NE styled IPA.
Overall this is a lovely beer - outstanding example of the NE style IPA. One of the best I've had from anywhere.

Pours completely opaque yellow, with a thick creamy and foamy white head that stays and sticks. Smells of a moshpit of fruits and pine. Everything from mango, pineapple, passion fruit, and even cactus fruit. As the aroma would indicate, just a smorgasbord of flavors. Tropical juices, pineapple, prickly pear, passion fruit, citrus, and pine to finish it out. Feel is dense, rich, creamy, almost frothy, and pretty balanced but leaning on the bitter side. Overall, Noble is getting better and better at this NE style IPA, and may be their best yet. I feel this is an outstanding DIPA. Cheers!
