Tasted on tap in The Porterhouse Central, Dublin Ireland on 18th Nov 2005. Ordered a pint on tap, appearence as expected; cloudy honey-coloured brew with a reasonable white head. Smell was quite strong of bubblegum and banana, and that's what it tasted like. Mouthfeel quite smooth.
Overall; too much banana/bubblegum sweetness for me, wouldn't really fancy a few of these. A decent effort!

Tried this beer by a pint at the Porterhouse's pub near Covent Garden, London.
A: it pours a nice, cloudy dark-yellow to light amber colour, with a half-inch, rich and very creamy white beerhead. Looks just nice~~
S: smells of very ripe banana and tepannyaki buttery banana (a dessert), with note of caramel/burned-sugar plus a sweet green guava aroma.
T&M: massive attack of banana (as in banoffee pie?), and grainy taste of pop-corns with a hint of light smokiness, with some vanilla-sweet flavour following... In the background, there is lingering, vertical fruity hoppyness throughout--ju...st delicious!
D: the body is medium but extremely rich in flavour. Having tried some Hefe-weizen, this one is not bad at all and could even beat quite a few generic German counterparts!
