Hazy brown colour. Stick sweet heavy raisin and prun expected, milk chocolate, and overall boozy nose. Tastes malty and boozy. Big oaky finish that lingers, whiskey spice and warmth, with a smoky afterpalate. Malty upfront with sweet sticky tree fruits. Enough carbonation to lift it up a bit.

Served in a snifter glass. Pours a black colour, tiny head that doesn't hold, no layer.
Aroma of chocolate, plums, licorice, whisky, oranges. It comes better when warmer.
Medium to full body, creamypalate, no carbonation.Alcoholic finish.
Taste of whisky, oranges, chocolate, plums, licorice.
Exceptional.

A - Pours a nice dark brown with a small tan head.
S - A concentration of dark malts with a mild alcoholic pinch on the nose.
T - Sugary fruits, cola, dominant crystal malts. On the rear the exotic tang of Sorachi and Citra hops - makes for a lovely but not overpowering mix.
F - Thick, gluey, but in a good way. There's a potency of flavours that leads to a rather heavy but interesting beer.
O - Surprisingly tasty for what it is. Certainly does not taste like a big 11%'er (which is very good in my book).
