A thirst quenching session IPA, low on abv but not lacking in flavour. Simple grist of Ale, Wheat, Oats & Crystal backed with a punch of Citra, Madarina Bavaria and Simcoe Hops for a tropical fruit bodied, slight pine finish. Fermented on American Ale yeast this Session IPA is one for a session indeed!

Copenhagen 17/12 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Wat looks like a city scape of small almost identical, yellow, red and orange houses standing in rows on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven and a bit lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of sweet exotic fruit mingling with a more distinct citrus scent. Peach and pineapple. Citrus and grape fruit. Slightly acerbic. Hints of tart berries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness, Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while, Finish is dry.
A bit thin but with a redeeming dry, bitterness.
