Typical stout appearance with good lacing on glass. Almost opaque, diminishing brown head. Chocolaty smell. Taste: chocolate. light-medium sweetness. Full, chalky body. Appropriate carbonation. Finish: dry. Overall: Highly rated dry stout. The chocolate taste is as description. Another good beer from this impressive brewery.
