500ml bottle-conditioned. Pours ligth gold. Good lacing from diminishing head. Citric/herbal hop Mouthfeel is thin, appropriate carbonation and sweetness. A refreshing drink. Simcoe is a single-hopped beer in a range produced by Mallinsons. American hops.
