Served in nonic. Poured a lightly cloudy reddish-brown with about 1/2 inch of light tan head that had decent retention and good lacing.
The aroma was mostly lightly sweet malts, with a bit of an earthy hop tang in the background. Pretty similar on the tongue, softly sweet malts, and gently spicy hops.
The body is smooth and even. Drinkability is good, the beer goes down smooth and easy. Overall, a nicely pleasant brew, one that you could have a few of with really noticing. A good brew if you're settling in for a "session".
