I also tried this beer at Venti's cafe in Salem, OR.
-pale, slightly greenish in color, like sickly urine
-finger-width of creamy head that could easily be coaxed back with a quick swirl after it had slowly dissipated
-a little weak in the nose department, but could make out floral, subtle piney hop, sweet banana, and salty aromas
-complex taste with slight bitter hop taste, banana, and maybe some cilantro (it was labeled as El Nino Cilantro Pale Ale)
-creamy bitter finish - a resiny bitterness, not sharp or tangy
-medium carbonation, with the signature Gilgamesh creamy mouthfeel and strawberry yogurt taste (like their Mamba)
-I bet this would go really great with tacos!
I enjoyed drinking this unique beer and would order it again.

True pint( Imperial) at Venti's Basement Bar, Salem.
Listed as El Nino Pale Ale.
It is dark in the bar but by the light of the candles it was an attractive deep golden ale with a nice off white ehad.
Goodly hoppy aroma, but balanced with caramel type malts..slight herbal tone.
Very nice hop profile, slightly piney but not outrageous, good body and again some herbal undertones.
Nice mouthfeel not too thin.
I liked this one very drinkable yet slightly off kilter.

Served o. Tap at Bailey's Taproom. Pours a slightly cloudy golden color topped by a nice, creamy white head that leaves some substantial lacing. Aroma of fresh pale malt, light, citrusy, hops, and a hint of grass. Palate is well-balanced between nice, slightly sweet malt and fresh, grassy hops, with a mild fruity character permeating underneath. Finish is nice and bitter, with a touch of astringency. Body is creamy but slightly dry, which is nice in such a fresh-tasting beer. As usual, Gilgamesh delivers in interesting twist on a NW standard.
