Doing everything right except for the beer.

- New England IPA that doesn't even come remotely close to the style.

- Saison that doesn't come even remotely close to the style.

- sub 5% IPAs.

I'd love to have a long and deep discussion with thier brewmaster, because he/she needs to be majorly enlightened.

I arrived in the middle of a festival - great buzz - although I had thought there was just a brewery store. Glad to see a couple of beers not widely available in the LCBO. Did a little tasting - beers on first impressions generally quite good.0

Their outside patio is the highlight of this brewery! Great relaxing spot. The guy behind the bar was entirely unhelpful however. I am relatively new to beer drinking and was looking for some recommendations, he was far more interested in talking to the staff member unloading beer than he was in assisting me. The selection of beer wasn't great and I found that I really didn't love anything they had on tap.
