A low gravity, low alcohol, roasty, and light bodied beer with a high level of hop bitterness. It is dry and bitter but easy to drink by the glass because of the dryness, low alcohol, and low carbonation. Our Dry Stout is a Nitro pour.

A nitro pour at the brewpub. The pups, ksak and Nana in tow.
A: The stout is dark ebony, the blackest black. A fluffy tan head, looking like an extra thick cappucino, comes along and lasts through most of the glass. The thickest head I've come across in a long time.
S: The nose is mild, a combination of roasted malts and cocoa powder (!). For the depth of aroma, the stout is not overpowering or strong.
T: Plenty of malts, roasted and burnt. Chocolate, nuts and cocoa powder conspire to sweeten the taste. A swipe at Guinness that easily exceeds the current version with more sweetness. The low alcohol is a great selling point, sessionable with a rich taste. Even with the lower alcohol, the flavor has staying power, never fading away into the background.
M: The mouthfeel is rich, sweet with chocolate, nuts, graham and cocoa powder. The softness fo the ale makes for a very easy drink, well-roasted and smooth. And all of this at 3.7%.
