On tap at The Blackback Pub, Waterbury, VT. This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a dark brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated immediately. No lacing. The smell had the sweet chocolate up front and then the cherries coming in sweetly. Light sweet chocolate /cherry aftertaste and sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat just a tad lighter than expected, a bit lighter. So a moderate sessionable feel was there. Carbonation seemed pretty light as well. Bitterness hits with a light tartness on my tongue. Overall, I say this was a decent attempt at a milk/sweet sweet out pulling in chocolate and cherries. But it might need a little more body.
