A: Single finger head on a deep amber brown body. Nice lacing.
S: cinnamon and nutmeg, some caramel but the peppers are very mild. Toasted malt notes.
T: Cinnamon, spices and nutmeg. The peppers provide more for the hot mouthfeel than for the flavor. Caramel sweetness and some toffee with a hint of coffee.
M: medium body and light to moderate carbonation.
Overall: I would like more flavor in addition to the heat of peppers. There is an interesting dynamic with the heat and spice. It's certainly unique, just a little disorganized.
