A - Poured with half a finger of white foam on a clear, light gold body. The head fades quickly and leaves nice lace.
S - Some grainy malt and just a hint of ginger.
T - Weak malt with some lime flavor up front. More of the citrus character comes out in the middle and a bit of herbal ginger character appears at the finish.
M - Medium body, moderately high carbonation and a dry finish.
D - It doesn't sound all that great, but this turned out to be a fairly nice combination. Not a life changing brew, but a nice craft version of the now ubiquitous lime beer.
