At the pub Le Zaricot Saint-Hyacinthe. On tap.
Orange color, unfiltred, nice light tought
small head.lacing.
Smell: a bit sweet, caramel, malt, and pepper
Taste: like a rousse, medium carbonation
malty with a twist of pepper at the end of the sip. Pepper taste is not too much, but still you can feel it after a couple of minute, become stronger.
Mouthfeel: good, nice jalapeno warmness
Drinkability: good for sampling, maybe on pint is enought, Taste is not traditional, but worth to try. Original

A mild golden colour with a small head that leaves decent lacing. The aroma is sweet and malty with a slight hint of pepper. This is a great tasting, well blended ale with some fruity malts and a slightly peppery hoppiness in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied/light and the drinkability is very good.
