Super dark/opaque black with a dark tan head that lasts and lasts providing some excellent lacing for my glass. The aroma is strong, and consists of booze, chocolate, espresso, caramel, molasses, and more! The taste is very coffee-like up front with some nice burnt chocolate notes and some sweet caramel/toffee notes as well. The mouthfeel is very thick, but not syrupy, and the drinkability is very good as well. This is definately one of the best imperial stouts that I have had in Quebec!
