I drank this beer in Quebec and it was called Blonde, so this is the only blonde with 5% alcohol, so this must be it.
Appearance was typical, golden yellow with a small head.
Smell was full of cardemom, so much that it was hard to even smell anything else. There was some maltiness in the back though.
Taste was like the smell, cardemom all over the place. At least II think it was cardemom, it could be coriander. Anyway a lot op aromatic spiciness, that also was somewhat perfumy. I can''t see why anyone would like this beer, the brewer must have slipped when adding the stuff.
I would not buy this beer anymore.
