500 ml bottle. Rousse Forte à la canneberge et aux épices. Which translates as Strong cranberry and spice red ale. The name translates as the Holiday season Riverside. The name comes from the fact that thr Riveraine line are brewed exclusively for the Dépanneur de la Rive by la Barberie.

A- Orange and tan foamy head that settles to a ring and some lacing. Very dark red brown. Amber and red highlights.

S- Berries, sourness, some sweet fruity notes.

T- Surprising amount of roastiness for a rousse. Lingering but pleasant bitter aftertaste. Lacks malt and berry in the middle, especially for the style. Overall, not as good as smell. Alcohol well hidden. Some faint sour notes.

MF- Surprisingly light, too light really. Not unpleasant though.

D- Goes down very easily, and has some character. A good but not great beer.
