My wife drank a good part of this but i helped her finish the last third.
Poured from a 500ml. bottle, bottled May 25 or 26, 2011.
Appearance: A very thick and insistent head. Fluffy above a dark honey colored body.
Smell: Floral mostly with touches of spice and fruit.
Taste: Very airy, honey, pineapple and some tea.
Mouthfeel: Light feel, body is good, feels very open if that means anything.
Overall: Good flavor, feels a bit underdeveloped but overall a conservative bet.

500 mL brown bottle. Specially brewed for an upscale grocery in Quebec City.
Pours a slightly hazy copper orange with a fizzy white head.
Toasted malt aroma with notes of spiced rum.
Flavour is of sugary caramel malt and apple pie. Some husky grain notes and honey towards the middle. Mild hops pick up slowly and the beer dries out towards the finish. Alcohol has a noticeable presence. Overcarbonated for my tastes.
Not bad but nothing to get too excited about.

Brought from Quebec by a friend, and brewed for the "Epicerie" Moisan. It pours a superb copper color, with a small head retention. Aromas of nectarines, grapefruit, and spices are all over the nose, with the spices taking up the forefront, then receding to the back as it warms up.
The mouthfeel is a little light, but very nice. The taste is like the nose, nectarines and grapefruit, with a spicy note. Very warming though. You do feel the alcohol.
Recomended? Of course.
