A - Poured with a small head of off-white foam on top of a clear, amber-brown body. The head exhibits low retention and leaves little lace.
S - Light caramel aromas and some red apple.
T - Sweet malt up front with a hint of cherry. Toasted bread and caramel in the middle with a finish of burnt toast, plums, and light, herbal hops.
M - Medium-thick body, moderately low carbonation, and a slightly sweet finish.
D - Very drinkable, it is sweet but not cloying and there is a touch of yeasty spice that adds complexity.

On tap at the brewpub in Quebec City. Dark copper body with a small off-white head. Malty aroma, with a dusting of hops. The taste has a malty sweetness and a little hops, and not much else. I don't really see where the fruits are in all of this, but inspite of that its a nice easy drinking ale.
