A true Ginger Ale. I didn't notice any lime. I could tell that they used fresh ginger. However, as a spice, ginger is very powerful and this beer is replete with it. No other aromas or tastes could be detected, including sugar as this is very dry.
The beer has a nice body, but there is a serious lack of head and lace. The beer pours a straw color and is moderately cloudy.
